A showcase of just how special sparkling Pinot Noir can be. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes with 3.5 years on lees, the latest vintage of this delectable Pirie Sparkling Rosé tastes like strawberries and cream in a bottle: the perfect pairing for a sweet summer parfait, or cured salmon on toast.
The perfect accompaniment to a range of canapés including smoked salmon and dill mayonnaise. Or why not try it with pan-fried ocean trout served with bok choy and a garlic and soy dressing, and for the sweet tooth; raspberry and vanilla parfait.

The wine was made in strict adherence to the traditional method techniques with 100% of the wine undergoing malo lactic fermentation, and a long, slow secondary fermentation in the bottle. It spent 3.5 years resting on lees prior to disgorging and dosage.
The Pirie Sparkling Rosé shines with a delicate hue of pale pink salmon.
This wine has aromas of rose petal, strawberries, and freshly baked bread.
The palate of this wine offers a creamy, yeasty texture and a robust fruit-driven complexity attributed to the inclusion of Pinot Noir grapes. It exhibits excellent balance, showcasing the characteristics of cool climate Tasmanian fruit.
The grapes used to make this wine were grown in two cool-climate vineyards of northern Tasmania. The wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir. The grapes were handpicked and whole-bunch pressed.
