Pinot Noir 2022
Tamar Ridge

Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Each year we challenge ourselves to create a wine that’s elegant yet unpretentious – superbly put together with soft, silky tannins and wicked cellaring potential. The result? Our Estate Pinot Noir. Rich and complex, with ripe dark cherry on the lips.
Red berry fruits are balanced by a good concentration of fine, silky tannins and enough acidity to give this wine a long and persistent finish.
Pour alongside a decadent chocolate mousse, or roasted duck breast with a cherry reduction sauce. The wine's complex flavours and elegant structure will complement the richness of the duck while harmonizing with the fruity notes of the cherry sauce.

Growing Conditions | The 2022 vintage was incredible as we had plenty of rain to fill the dams and keep everything green and growing well. 92% of the fruit was sourced from the Kayena Vineyard and 8% from the Rosevear Vineyard, grown at an altitude of 10 to 60 metres, and harvested from late March to early April at Baumé levels of 12 to 13. |
