Pinot Noir 2022
Tamar RidgeMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
The 2022 Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir Is the culmination of many different blocks and clones from our Kayena and Rosevears Vineyards in the north of the Tamar Valley.
Pour alongside a decadent chocolate mousse, or roasted duck breast with a cherry reduction sauce. The wine's complex flavours and elegant structure will complement the richness of the duck while harmonizing with the fruity notes of the cherry sauce.
The Estate Pinot Noir is a combination of traditional wine making and newer trials like carbonic maceration and gentle pump overs. There is a purity of Tamar Valley Pinot Noir fruit with incredible aging potential. Cold-soaked for 5 days, 5% whole bunch fermentation, and 11 months in French oak.
