Reward Program Terms & Conditions


The Reward Program ("Program") is a reward program offered by Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyards Pty. Limited (ABN 56 005 349 235) (Brown Family Wine Group, BFWG, Brown Family Wines, we, us, or our) to customers of www.brownfamilywines.com.au. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of BFWG and its affiliates are not eligible for Membership but may be benefit from to time from certain promotions upon BFWG discretion. You must be age 18 years or older or of legal drinking age in your country of residence to be eligible for Membership. In accessing the Reward Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").  Membership is linked to 1 (one) unique email address and online account. Membership cannot be transferred to anyone else.



Under the Program, you earn one (1) point (“Point”) at the rate specified on the Program website page (“Program Website”) when you purchase wine (excluding the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, wine plans and shipping costs) in our online store, www.brownfamilywines.com.au, or proceed any of the required action as detailed in the Reward Website Page. Points are accumulated for the purpose of determining the applicable level for each member (“Membership Level”) and the associated benefits for that level that are available for use by the member (“Benefits”). Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent. Benefits cannot be exchanged for other BFWG products or services. Points may be earned through any of the ways identified on our program website, including by making an eligible spend (“Eligible Spend”).


ELIGIBLE SPEND is defined by a wine purchase made online on www.brownfamilywines.com.au, (excluding the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, wine plans and shipping costs) net of discounts (“Eligible Purchase”), less any returns and refunds and excluding delivery charges. If, after you make an Eligible Purchase, you obtain a refund or reimbursement for any products or services purchased from BFWG, an adjustment will be made to your Spend for the amount refunded or reimbursed.

You must provide a form of identification at the point of purchase to have any points credited to your Account. The form of identification may consist of your e-mail address.  Points are not to be redeemed for rewards ("Rewards").



Points accumulated on and from 24 October 2023 will be valid for ONE (1) year from the date that the relevant order is placed (“Earn Date”). All Points will be automatically forfeited without notice on the last day of the month one year from the relevant Earn Date. To illustrate, Points which are earned on an order placed on the 10th of November 2023 will expire on 10th of November 2024 and be automatically forfeited. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of any Points, and all expired Points cannot be reinstated.

Your online spend is reviewed every day, meaning if you have spent enough on Eligible Purchases to move up a level, you will be upgraded in the upcoming 3 business days and any benefits you are eligible for can be redeemed.

We review your Membership Level at the end of every 365 days from when you reached that Member Level to see if it should be adjusted to a lower level. This date is called your Anniversary Date. If you have not maintained the amount of Eligible Spend required for your Member Level in the 365-day period up to an Anniversary Date, we will adjust your level down. It is important that you keep track of your Anniversary Date if you want to maintain your Membership Level.

Your points history can be reviewed, when logged in, on the Member Rewards page.



Benefits attach to respective Membership Levels and are available for use by an eligible member during a certain period determined by us (“Benefit Period”). Benefits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.

When you move up or down a membership level, we will notify you of the Benefits available for your use via email. If you have elected not to receive emails from us, you can review your membership level status at any time via the Member Rewards page. Though Members who have opted out of receiving our email communications will not be notified directly, they will nonetheless be eligible to use the applicable Membership Level Benefits.

Any Benefit that you are entitled to as a member may be subject to specific terms and conditions. All terms and conditions, including Benefit Period expiry dates, will be communicated to you at the time of Benefit notification.

Although Benefits will usually be available for use online, sometimes we may send you your Benefits directly. When you would like to redeem your Benefit online (and the terms and conditions on which the Benefit is offered allow you to do this), you must login to your online account to do this. Please note that no Benefits can be redeemed in any of our cellar doors, restaurants, events or experiences.

All Benefits are subject to availability. BFWG is not liable for Benefits not being available for any reason.



If you would like to terminate your membership you can do this calling our Customer Service team on the number on the Brown Family Wines website or using the “Contact Us” page on https://brownfamilywines.com.au/pages/contact.

We are entitled, if we determine to do so, to terminate your membership at any time by providing you with at least 30 days’ notice. We may terminate your membership without notice if you do not use your membership for a long period of time and, as a result, we believe you are no longer a Brown Family Wines customer.

We may also terminate your membership without notice if we think you have breached these Terms & Conditions.

If your membership is terminated, you will no longer be entitled to accrue any Points or redeem any Benefits.



We keep these Terms & Conditions on the Brown Family Wines website, so it is easy for you to access them.

We try not to change these Terms & Conditions too often, but sometimes we need to. When we change these Terms & Conditions, we will put the updated version on the Brown Family Wines website straight away. We will also put a notice on the Reward Program website page when we make significant updates, so you will know this has happened.

If you continue to use your membership after we change these Terms & Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed Terms & Conditions.



The laws of Victoria, Australia, govern these Terms and Conditions and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
