Even our winemakers have favourites. This single-vineyard Shiraz from Heathcote is a powerful and generous wine with rich dark berry flavours, plenty of spice, and long, fine tannins for a smooth finish. Enjoy with aged pecorino or spicy meatball pasta.

Jeni Port, 2024 Halliday Wine Companion • 02/08/2023"Made with 14% King Valley fruit. Matured 12 months in French and American oak. Love the concept and result of Brown Brothers giving its winemakers access to its micro-winery to explore separate parcels of fruit. A wine that celebrates Heathcote's sweet-fruited generosity and plushness with a touch of the King Valley's lively spiciness thrown in. It moves easily, lively and seamlessly in black fruits, bramble, chocolate, anise and earth with a light peppery vibe and an easy tannic beat. So good for the price."
This wine was matured in French and American oak barrels, of which 20% were new, for 12 months.
