A zesty and vibrant take on our classic Prosecco Rosé made with less than 0.5% alcohol, low sugar, and full flavour.
Pair this refreshingly spritzed Rosé with Tasmanian oysters, dark cherry ripe, or warm buttered popcorn.
A number of techniques were used in the vineyard and winery to achieve a full palate taste and spinning cone technology was used to remove the alcohol.
