Snow-capped mountains, wild seas and the thrill of an alpine adventure were the inspirations that led to Brown Brothers Origins Series Sauvignon Blanc. A cool-climate wine with tropical fruit flavours, racy acidity, and a zesty finish.
Enjoy with creamy goat's cheese atop a warm baguette, a fresh Caesar salad, or prawn rice paper rolls with soy dipping sauce.
The machine harvested fruit was crushed and warmed into press in preparation for immediate floatation to clarify juice. The juice was held in stainless steel tanks and bottled immediately after fermentation.
