The spirit of the Tango and Argentinian mountain peaks were the inspiration that led to Brown Brothers Origins Series Malbec.
Deep magenta in colour, this medium bodied red has vibrant aromas of violets and flavours of blackberries and spice
The Origins Series Malbec 2021 wine is an ideal partner for a wide variety of robust winter dishes. It would be perfect with a slow cooked lamb shanks served on Mediterranean vegetables or pan fried minute steak with a light pepper sauce. Also try it with an aged cheddar served with nut bread for a fantastic winter combination.
Following fermentation the wine spent 6 to 10 months in older French oak barriques and puncheons.
