Made with hand selected parcels of fruit; Moscato Gold is our finest expression of the Moscato style. The silky texture and orange blossom character derived from Orange Muscat grapes is perfectly complemented by the fresh musk flavours of Muscat Gordo Blanco
The perfect celebratory white, enjoy Moscato Gold with spicy Asian noodles, or a lime and ginger Panna Cotta.
Muscat of Alexandria and Orange Muscat were picked separately and kept as varietal parcels until after ferment. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15° before dropping to below zero degrees to control ferment and retain natural sugars.
