This wine is the ultimate marriage between two beloved white grapes, shining with notes of vibrant musk and zesty passionfruit. Best enjoyed chilled.
Pour alongside spicy chargrilled chicken, or a chilli and garlic stir-fry with tofu and greens.
Gordo grapes were crushed, drained and pressed with gelatin and enzyme, while adding sulphur. Sauvignon blanc processed as a dry white. The wine was fermented in steel tanks for 5 to 10 days and bottled soon after fermentation.
