Estate-bottled at our spiritual home in Milawa, this smooth and balanced Merlot is deep in colour and rich in blue and black fruit character.
There's great versatility with Merlot, which makes it a fantastic pair for Asian dishes, grilled steaks, or aged cheddar cheese and nut bread.
Following fermentation, 50% went to French oak barrels of which 5 % was new. The balance was kept in tank to retain the dark berry fruits. It was then blended and bottled. Vegan-friendly.
