Beautifully balanced aromas of blackberry & red currant fruit rounded out by hints of spice. A perfect wine for barbeques. This wine is best enjoyed chilled when still young and vibrant.
Dolcetto & Syrah is a fantastic light red wine that is served slightly chilled and pairs well with a wide range of foods, from spicy to desserts. Try it with a Thai red beef curry loaded with freshly chopped chilli and coriander, served with jasmine rice. For dessert, a raspberry panna cotta with seasonal berries and double cream would be ideal.
The wine was bottled soon after fermentation, which was stopped to retain a little natural sweetness and carbon dioxide.
