Dave Brookes - Halliday Wine Companion • 12/02/2024A very pale, green-flashed sauvignon blanc, packed with juicy melon, gooseberry and guava fruit notes along with hints of white flowers, stone, feijoa and roast fennel. Crisp, dry and thirst-slaking with plenty of gooseberry on the palate plus a squeeze or two of lime. Taut and vivid with a steely acid cadence. This will score highly in the drinkability stakes and is undeniably refreshing.
Juice was run off skins immediately after pressing and then cold-settled. The wine was fermented in tank under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and impact of the vibrant fruit flavours. It was made to be Vegan-friendly.
