This stylish and salacious red is the James Bond of grapes. Smooth, dry and perfectly poised to bring a hint of adventure and a dash of mystery to the table. Originally grown in the dry earth of Sicily, this variety is exceptionally well suited to the sun-drenched soils of northern Victoria.
Pour alongside Calabrese pizza, seared tuna with Sicilian olives, or roasted stuffed mushrooms.
