Tamar Ridge Single Block Chardonnay is an exceptional expression of Chardonnay from the Kayena Vineyard in northern Tasmania. Sourced from Block K46, a parcel that has consistently contributed to some of Tamar Ridge’s best Chardonnay wines, it showcases richness and intensity of fruit balanced by bright cool-climate acidity.
Crafted from free-run juice, with wild yeast fermentation and full solids contributing texture, savoury complexity and richness. Barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation further build depth and complexity while retaining the freshness and balance characteristic of the wine.
