Crafted from premium cool-climate Tasmanian vineyards, this sparkling wine combines vibrant acidity with a rich, complex palate for a perfectly balanced, elegant finish. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it reflects finesse, depth, and a delicacy only achieved through traditional winemaking methods.
Ideal for pairing with a variety of canapés, such as cured salmon or salt and pepper squid, or alongside lemon-infused grilled chicken and fresh salads.
