"Pirie sparkling never disappoints. These 2 vintages are crisp and fruity and make any drink a celebration."
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
This Vintage Tasmanian Sparkling is bright, youthful pale in colour with brilliant clarity. Lifted and complex aromatics of lemon meringue and sea spray layered with toasty brioche and subtle nutty cashew notes. A fine, gentle mousse carries flavours of pithy talc and lime peel. The wine is dry in style, tightly coiled and precise, driven by taut acidity and impressive tension. Focused and linear, with vibrant acidity providing structure and length. The finish is refined, mineral and persistent, promising further complexity with time.

The perfect accompaniment to a range of canapés including cured salmon with a ponzu sauce or a salt and pepper squid. Or try it with lemon infused grilled chicken breast and a fresh garden salad.

Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion • 19/05/2026A traditional-method blend of 51/49% chardonnay/pinot noir from the Kayena vineyard in the Tamar Valley; 4.5 years on lees. Pale straw with a fine, vibrant bead and mousse. Crunchy Granny Smith apple, peach and citrus fruit, a swell of fresh brioche and apple turnover notes. Hints of clover blossom and meadow flowers, sea spray, proving bread, crushed shells, crème fraîche and ozone. Stony, savoury and dry with pure fruit, plenty of mineral tension and drive and a sapid finish. Just delicious.
