Elegant and vibrant, this full-flavoured premium sparkling has an aromatic lift with relatively high fruit intensity. With aromas of crisp apples and citrus balanced by biscuit notes, the palate is rich with vibrant acidity and a persistent finish. Our Pirie NV is made accordingly to the traditional method from handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the unique terroirs of Tasmania.
Serve with natural oysters for the perfect start to a meal or try it with richer fish like baked ocean trout or yellow fin tuna. The Pirie NV could also be enjoyed with a ripe brie and thinly sliced granny smith apple segments.

Aromas of crunchy green apple, citrus and white peach fruits with hints of cut fennel, sea spray, white flowers, almond paste and stone. Notes of clover blossom and cream on the palate, which has a lovely saline, swift cadence.
