A delightful sparkling from Tasmania's Tamar Valley, made from a blend of 53% Chardonnay and 47% Pinot Noir. Refreshing, zesty, and complex, the Pirie Sparkling NV is inherently drinkable with a vibrant rich palate, and delicate aromas of crisp apple, citrus and warm biscuit notes.

Food PairingsServe with natural oysters for the perfect start to a meal or try it with richer fish like baked ocean trout or yellowfin tuna. The Pirie NV could also be enjoyed with a ripe brie and thinly sliced granny smith apple segments.

A great-value blend of 55% chardonnay and 45% pinot noir from the Tamar Valley. Pale straw with energetic, fine bead and mousse. Notes of crunchy green apple and citrus fruits with the gentle lift of autolysis showing hints of brioche, apple turnover, crushed stone, white flowers, shortbread and distant fennel tones. Expansive with lovely biscuity tones, tight, minerally acidity and a crisp, dry finish of great vitality.

Free run juice and light pressings are oxidatively handled. Cool fermentation in tank. Tirage and secondary ferment in bottle (Traditional Method) was followed by 2.5 years on lees before disgorging.
