A great cool climate shiiraz
"Great balance of fruit and oak with good acid"
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
This limited release 2020 Shiraz is a multi-vineyard blend from mostly cool-climate sites throughout Victoria. Combining aromas of dark berry and rich plum with fine-grained tannins and peppery spice on the palate, this Shiraz is elegant, expressive and complex.
This wine would work beautifully with pan fried pepper crumbed venison fillet
served with red wine jus and Mediterranean vegetables. Or try it with medium
rear duck breast on steamed bok choy. For cheese, an aged pecorino would be perfect.
This wine was matured in French oak barrels for 18 months, of which 40% were new. The wine was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5%.
