This unsuspecting blend of Shiraz and Cienna is ultra-smooth and sultry; packed with delicious red berries and hints of vanilla bean. The ultimate people pleaser, this smooth red boasts a medium body with plenty of balance and soft, silky tannins. It’s like a fiery tango between two passionate partners, that’ll leave you doing a little shimmy in your seat.
This delectable red fares well with duck in spicy plum sauce, seafood paella, blue cheeses, and dark chocolate.
Cold soaked for 2 days followed by 7 days on skins and then matured for a short time in American oak, before being bottled.
