This Pinot Gris is a genuine people pleaser. A zippy, citrus-driven French style that’s fresh, textural, harmonious and lingers just long enough. Not too heavy, not too light, it’s the Goldilocks of the whites.
Beer battered whiting with chips and tartare Fresh oysters. Goats cheese and char grilled vegies.
Combination of whole bunch pressed and destemmed to press. 90% stainless steel cold fermentation to hold onto that freshness. 10% matured in French oak for that lush mouth feel. Barrels lees stirred for six months.

Growing Conditions | Cool flowering led to low yields of incredible quality in the Yarra Valley, with the high altitude of the King Valley providing terrific acidity. Predominantly hand-picked. 82% King Valley & 18% Yarra Valley fruit. Harvested Feb-March 2024. |
