Moscato has it, and it’s not afraid to flaunt it. Sweet, juicy berries, generous bubbles and a fresh finish that goes for days. It’s not easy to make a wine that looks and tastes this good, but this Moscato makes it look easy, and you can too. Best paired with unintended consequences.
Made with both Black and Gordo Muscat grapes. The black grapes contributing that intense watermelon colour & rich berry flavours.
Fresh summer berries and double cream. Crêpes with lemon syrup and orange zest. Blue cheese with pear.
82% Black Muscat, 18% Gordo Muscat grapes from Swan Hill
Harvested in the cool of night the fruit is chilled and crushed with six hours of skin contact to extract colour. 100% stainless steel ferment, the natural bubbles are achieved by charmat fermentation. Chilled, filtered and immediately bottled at 0°C. Alc/Vol: 7%
