Loaded with zesty citrus and lemon blossom, this classic cool-climate Riesling is vibrant, refreshing and brilliantly balanced. A multi-award-winning wine that's approachable and unpretentious, made using 100% Riesling grapes from our east coast and Tamar Valley vineyards.
The crisp and zesty characteristics of this cool-climate Riesling make it the perfect pair for grilled seafood - whether that's prawns, scallops, or a whole fish. Serve it with a squeeze of lemon and fresh herbs and let the wine's acidity cuts through the richness while enhancing the natural sweetness of the seafood.
The Riesling fruit was machine harvested and got some skin contact in bins before top loading in to presses. The juice was cold settled until clean and bright. The wine was fermented in steel tanks under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and impact of the vibrant fruit flavours. The wine was made using a range of vegan friendly fining agents.
