This is the fifth vintage of the Devil’s Corner Resolution Pinot Gris. Youthful in colour with a vibrant, golden green hue, this wine shines with aromas of pear and melon against a complex palate that's nutty and rich. Drinking well in its youth this wine will continue to improve for another 4 to 6 years.
The Devil’s Corner Resolution Pinot Gris is best paired with classic seafood like oysters and shellfish, or a crispy wood-fired pizza loaded with artichokes and mushrooms.
The wine was fermented in older French oak for 2 months with 12% being new to add complexity and richness. The fermentation was stopped just short of dry to add palate weight.
