Barrel fermented for added complexity, the Resolution Pinot Gris is made with only premium parcels of fruit from our Hazards vineyard. A rich and generous white wine combining spicy, nutty complexity with characters of fresh pear and melon.
Food PairingsThe Devil’s Corner Resolution Pinot Gris is best paired with classic seafood like oysters and shellfish, or a crispy wood-fired pizza loaded with artichokes and mushrooms.
Only free-run juice was used. The wine was fermented by wild yeast in older French oak for texture and mouthfeel; and stainless steel tanks to enhance fruit weight and aromatics.
