Adventurous and ripe with reward, each wine in our Resolution range is crafted with determination, care and finesse; born from a resolve to not shy away from the elements, but rather lean into them. Barrel fermented for added complexity, the Resolution Pinot Gris is made with only premium parcels of fruit from our Hazards Vineyard; a rich and generous white wine combining spicy, nutty complexity with characters of fresh pear and melon.
The Devil’s Corner Resolution Pinot Gris is the perfect wine with a range of seafood including oysters and shellfish. Alternatively pair with a mushroom wood fired pizza for something a bit more powerful.

Only free-run juice was used. The wine was fermented in older French oak, steel tanks and concrete egg fermenters for 2 months to add complexity and richness. Vegan-friendly.
The colour is youthful and vibrant with a golden green hue.

The Pinot Gris grapes for this wine were taken from a selection of blocks at our Hazards vineyard on the east coast of Tasmania. Handpicked to ensure minimal colour pickup from the skins, at baumé levels ranging from 12.5 to 13.5.
