This is a dry Rosé that's fruit-driven and ruby blush in colour. Ultra-smooth and savoury on the palate with bright floral notes and a hint of watermelon.
This Devil's Corner Pinot Noir Rosé is perfect for year-round enjoyment. Pair it with seafood, sashimi, or a charcuterie board with camembert or brie.
The fruit was destemmed with free run juice taken away from the skins almost immediately. The juice was oxidatively handled and 20% matured in older French puncheons for complexity.
