The fruit was destemmed with free run juice taken away from the skins almost immediately. The juice was oxidatively handled and 20% matured in older French puncheons for complexity.

"I have always enjoyed DC French styled Rose and was a little skeptical when the new Pinot Noir pinker hue version of the Rose was delivered. It was a very pleasant surprise, the flavour, and aroma was superb and probably a better Rose than the previous version!"
