The palate delivers ripe yellow pear and apple flavours, with a crisp, clean finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like grilled sardines or smoked trout ravioli.
Serve with grilled sardines and a squeeze of lemon, or smoked trout ravioli finished in a pan with olive oil, capers and some diced chilli.
