Mt Dove Pinot Syrah 2021
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Crafted with premium Tasmanian fruit in a place where hazard meets haven, the wines in our Hazards range are rugged yet refined; named after the remarkable Hazards Mountains that serve as a backdrop to our East Coast Vineyard. The Mt Dove Pinot Syrah is deep magenta in colour, combining a rich and concentrated palate with vibrant aromas of pink peppercorn, bright berries and green olive.
This blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah is a perfect opportunity to experience an incredible wine and food combination. Try it with a rare pan seared wagu eye fillet that is lightly seasoned with finely ground black pepper and salt flakes. Or why not try it with an aged Tasmanian cheddar cheese and lavosh.

| Growing Conditions | The 2021 Vintage was a test of patience and viticulture perseverance. Rain fell steadily right through the latter part of 2020 and into harvest for 2021. Our team at the vineyard put in many hours to ensure the grapes were coming off the vine in pristine condition. The Hazards vineyard produces wines of depth and intensity with a powerful colour and flavour. |
