Food Pairings

A Pinot Noir with this class and distinction screams out for quality food accompaniments. Try it with a slow cooked lamb shoulder with a rich red wine jus and serve with roasted beetroots and baby carrots. Or why not try it with a selection of wash rind cheese and nut bread.

Partial whole bunches. Hazards Vineyard East Coast Tasmania. Cold soaked from 3 to 5 days. Hand plunged in open top fermenters. Pump overs up to 3 times per day. Hydraulic basket pressed. French oak, 19% new. Clones: D4V2, 115, MV6, 114, 777, Abel.
