Winemaker's Series Shiraz 2019
Brown Brothers
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
The Winemaker's Series is a range of small batch wines that are expertly crafted from our micro-winery and hand selected by our winemakers. Shiraz was one of the first varieties planted by John Francis Brown in 1885. This shiraz is a vibrant purple. It has aromas of dark fruits especially blackberry with hints of spice and white pepper. The spice follows through to the palate creating an elegant balance to the powerful dark fruit flavours. The tannins are fine grained and well integrated.
This wine would work beautifully with a sesame beef and snow pea stir-fry on classic ramen noodles. Or why not try homemade tagliatelle with smoked eggplant and tomato. And for cheese, an aged pecorino with lavoush.
