Even our winemakers have favourites. Made in our micro-winery named the Kindergarten, this Fiano is full of aromatic citrus notes and is made to ne enjoyed young and vibrant.
Try it with lightly battered whiting fillets served with kipfler potatoes and fresh lemon juice. Or why not have it with a Sashimi platter and pickled ginger. If you like cheese, try a triple brie and green apple.

The grapes were destemmed and split to release the juice, then gently pressed to tank. The fermentation was done in 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% held in older French barriques, held for 8 months, before being sterile filtered and bottled.

Growing Conditions | The Fiano grapes are grown in the cool-climate of north-west Victoria and upper reaches of the King Valley, and were harvested from late February to early April in 2022 at baume levels ranging from 11.8 to 12.3. |
