Tarrango
Brown BrothersMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Refreshing, ripe and irrepressibly vibrant, Tarrango is the love child of a juicy Sultana crossed with the portugese grape variety, Touriga Nacional. The result? A delicate and refreshing red wine bursting with flavours of redcurrant, wild cranberry and subtle spice.
With a higher heat tolerance, this variety was specifically created to thrive in Australia's warmer arid regions.
Best enjoyed chilled, keep this wine in the fridge before pouring alongside spicy takeout, or simple tapas with friends.
If you have trouble finding that perfect wine for Indian food, look no further. The fruity flavours of the Tarrango are ideal with the spices and heat in Indian curries. Because of Tarrango's versatility it is also fantastic with a wide range of BBQ meats (including seafood) and vegetables.
