In Spain, quite often the youthful red wines are served chilled to enhance the drinking experience. This is especially true in the tapas bars during summer. The Refreshing Tempranillo is perfect with range of tapas style foods like grilled octopus, patatas bravas and cheese croquetas. This wine is also perfect with cured meats and crumbly cheddar.
The fruit spent 5 to 7 days on skins, then blended with a red wine yeast strain, before the Tempranillo grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. To enhance the freshness and fruit driven flavours this wine did not see any oak influence.
