Pair this refreshingly spritzed Rosé with Tasmanian oysters, dark cherry ripe, or warm buttered popcorn.
A number of techniques were used in the vineyard and winery to achieve a full palate taste and spinning cone technology was used to remove the alcohol.

"The search continues for a genuinely good no/lo wine. This Prosecco Rose Zero was the best sparkling we have tried so far; not too sweet but still tastes a bit like grape juice and soda. Drinkable and preferred it to the Prosecco Zero, but lacks mouth feel and texture.
