This refreshing sparkling wine begs to be enjoyed while young and fresh, and is the perfect companion to sushi, sashimi, or light salty snacks.
After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres of pressure and bottled to retain the bubbles.
