A crowd-pleaser for any occasion, the pinnacle of our Prosecco range is our Premium Prosecco Brut NV; a single vineyard wine that’s vibrant, refreshing, and dry – and made from 100% King Valley fruit. This drier style of Prosecco comes to life with aromas of apple and citrus, and fine, delicate bubbles that fill the palate.
The Premium Prosecco Brut is perfect with a range of seafood dishes like whitebait with lemon aioli, oysters or crumbed whiting fillets. It is also fantastic with a selection of cheeses like goat cheese and camembert.

Jeni Port - Halliday Wine Companion • 21/08/2025So engaging, so zippy with lots of citrus tang, this Premium Brut shows King Valley prosecco in its natural energetic state. Fairly pulses in lemon sorbet, chalky lemon, white peach and apple dancing to a super-fast action pulse of bubbles. Crunchy, enlivening acidity is so refreshing. A brilliant dry aperitif style.
After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres and bottled to retain the bubbles.
