A crowd-pleaser for any occasion, the pinnacle of our Prosecco range is our Premium Prosecco Brut NV; a single vineyard wine that’s vibrant, refreshing, and dry – and made from 100% King Valley fruit. This drier style of Prosecco comes to life with aromas of apple and citrus, and fine, delicate bubbles that fill the palate.
The Premium Prosecco Brut is perfect with a range of seafood dishes like whitebait with lemon aioli, oysters or crumbed whiting fillets. It is also fantastic with a selection of cheeses like goat cheese and camembert.

Jeni Port, 2024 Halliday Wine Companion • 02/08/2023“Single vineyard, Charmat method. Looks premium in serious black and silver packaging. Tastes premium, too, with a persistent, superfine mousse and equally fine flavour profile in lifted white flowers, red apple, white peach, citrus and nougat. Its zesty tangy acidity is pure prosecco. Fabulous interpretation of the style, emphasising dryness and quality.”
After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres and bottled to retain the bubbles.
