The effervescence that fills a glass of sparkling Rosé can transform even the most ordinary moments into celebratory ones. With its blushing hue, high natural acidity and bubbly mouthfeel, the Brown Brothers Premium Cuvée Rosé is both a versatile food wine and pure joy in a glass.
Enjoy the effervescent charm of this wine on its own, or pair it with fresh prawns and a sweet chilli dipping sauce in summer. For a heartier option, pair alongside pan-fried ocean trout served with a side of fennel, pomegranate, and potato salad.

Jeni Port, 2021 Halliday Wine Companion • 01/08/2020“80/20% Victoria/Tumbarumba. Super clean, fruit-driven sparkling with subtle creamy yeast overtones that can’t put a foot wrong. The producer is one assured sparkling maker who knows what drinkers want. Dusty cherry, pomegranate. The bead is strong, acidity cuts through well and the strawberry crush flavour is just so tasty.”

“A super blend of the three Champagne varieties. Complex, intensely flavoursome with impressive secondary character in the palate.”
100% of the fruit underwent malolactic fermentation and after vintage the various wines were assembled and assessed. The selected blend then underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine spent 3 years on lees to add complexity and allow greater merging of aged and yeast autolysis characters. It was then disgorged, liqueured and bottled with a pH of 3.25 and an acid level of 6.0 g/L.
