Origins Series Shiraz
Brown Brothers

Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Heathcote’s rich farming heritage, family traditions and our humble beginnings were the inspirations that led to Brown Brothers Origins Series Shiraz. Medium-bodied, smooth and elegant with lifted aromas of dark berries, this classic style of Shiraz celebrates the coming together of family and friends.
This juicy Shiraz would be perfect with beef carpaccio drizzled in olive oil, or a thick tuna steak cooked medium-rare.
Following malolactic fermentation, the wine spent 12 months in new (15%) and older French and American oak barriques and puncheons, producing a rich, flavoursome Shiraz with ripe berry flavours, mint and spice.

These optimal growing conditions allowed the grapes to develop their full potential, resulting in high-quality fruit with excellent ripeness and flavour concentration. The unique characteristics of the Heathcote region, combined with the careful timing of the harvest, contribute to the exceptional quality and expression of the Origins Series Shiraz. |
