The spirit of the Tango and the mountain peaks of Argentina were the inspiration that led to Brown Brothers Origins Series Malbec.
This flavoursome wine is an ideal partner for robust winter dishes like slow cooked lamb shanks, or pan-fried minute steak with a light pepper sauce. Pair with aged cheddar and nut bread for something savoury and light.
Following fermentation the wine spent 6 to 10 months in older French oak barriques and puncheons. The wine was made vegan-friendly.
