The Moscato Strawberry & Hibiscus Spritz is a new addition to our Brown Brothers portfolio. It is a fresh twist on very popular Sparkling Moscato. The colour is a vibrant bright pink. On the nose it is lifted with fresh Strawberry and water melon with a lovely floral lift as well. The Spritz is a full sparkling and enjoyed cold or over ice.
Moscato Strawberry & Hibiscus Spritz is best enjoyed with great friends, a large wine glass, ice and a slice of lime. For food, shared plates are best! Think salt and pepper calamari with lemon mayonnaise or Vietnamese rice paper rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Viticultural experts have identified at least 200 different members of the Muscat family and several of these different clones have been cultivated in Australia for as long as grapes have been grown here. Australian winemakers have a fondness for the variety as it produces delicious, plump, juicy grapes and can produce a wide range of wine styles depending on which clone is cultivated, when it is harvested and how it is handled. If harvested early, it produces delicate, perfumed, crisp, dry white table wines.
