Brown Brothers Moscato Rosé Zero is bright and refreshing offering the full berry and musk flavour of your favourite Moscato Rosé. This sophisticated Moscato Rosé based wine product can be enjoyed on any occasion. Made with less then 0.5% alcohol.
The Moscato Rosé Zero is so delicate and fresh that it is a fantastic drink to have
on its own. Try it with Peking duck spring rolls with hoisin dipping sauce. The
Moscato aromatics are perfect with the aromatics of the duck while the sweetness
enhances the enjoyment of the hoisin flavours.
Spinning cone distillation was utilised at low temperatures to
remove the alcohol. The wine was bottled soon after fermentation.

Growing Conditions | This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes from the Murray Valley in
north west Victoria. Harvested from early March to early June at baumés ranging
from 9.7 to 12.8. |
