For a sweet pairing, enjoy this wine with raspberry-infused white chocolate, nougat, or Turkish delight. If you prefer something savoury, Peking duck spring rolls with hoisin dipping sauce make a great choice; the sweetness of the Moscato enhancing the flavours of the hoisin sauce.
The wine was bottled soon after fermentation.
