The Moscato Rosé ONE pairs well with Vietnamese rice paper rolls, rock melon wrapped in prosciutto, and marshmallow strawberry shortcake.
Grapes were carefully crushed, drained, and pressed. The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks using QA23 yeast for 5-10 days at a temperature range of 10-14°C. After fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks at 0 degrees for maturation. To ensure its stability, the wine underwent cold stabilization at -2°C. The result is a delightful rosé with a pale colour, bursting with fruity aromas and flavours complemented by a touch of spice. The addition of Cienna lends beautiful red berry notes and adds colour to the wine.
