A fresh twist for our fruity range of wines, the Moscato & Pinot Grigio brings together everything that is loved about these two refreshing wine styles: a perfect blend of vibrant musk with hints of green apple and crisp pear.
Food Pairings
The Moscato & Pinot Grigio wine is a great drink on its own with perfectly balanced apple and pear flavours. It would also be fantastic with pan-fried chimichurri flathead fillets, or a plate of soft brie cheese and pear.
The fruit was crushed to drainers, drained and pressed with gelatin, enzyme, ascorbic acid and sulphur. The wine was fermented for 5 to 10 days and cold stored at 0° and bottled soon after.
