Moscato is an often-misunderstood grape, yet in the hands of a talented winemaker it's pretty memorable: an approachable and easy-drinking white wine that’s beautifully fresh with a soft musk aroma, and a delicate sparkling finish. Best enjoyed chilled.
Try this versatile wine with a platter of soft cheese and green apple, or loaded Vietnamese rice paper rolls. The aromatic lift of Moscato complements many spicy dishes while the sweetness balances the chilli heat.
The wine was bottled soon after fermentation.
