Best served chilled with prawn dumplings, spicy seafood dishes, or a homemade jaffle with ham and cheese.
The fruit was crushed to drainers, drained and pressed with gelatin and enzyme, adding sulphur to the juice before fermentation in steel tanks. Cold stored at 0° for 5 to 10 days, leaving contained in the wine the beautiful natural grape sweetness.
