The Moonstruck Fresh & Fruity is a Moscato blend loved for its refreshing palate. With bright notes of lychee, green grapes and lemon zest, this is a unique Moscato blend that's equal parts lively and crisp.
Best served chilled with prawn dumplings, spicy seafood dishes, or a homemade jaffle with ham and cheese.
The fruit was crushed to drainers, drained and pressed with gelatin and enzyme, adding sulphur to the juice before fermentation in steel tanks. Cold stored at 0° for 5 to 10 days, leaving contained in the wine the beautiful natural grape sweetness.
