Estate Pinot Grigio 2023
Brown BrothersMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Estate-bottled at our spiritual home in Milawa, this Pinot Grigio is crisp, savoury and fresh with note of yellow pear and ripe peach.
Try this wine with garlic spaghetti, olive oil and artichoke with Kalamata olives, goats' cheese and fresh chilli.
The fruit was direct tipped to air bag press, held in stainless steel tanks for up to 10 days, cold stabilised and was bottled soon after fermentation.
