Estate-bottled at our spiritual home in Milawa, this Pinot Grigio is crisp, savoury and fresh with note of yellow pear and ripe peach.
Try this wine with garlic spaghetti, olive oil and artichoke with Kalamata olives, goats' cheese and fresh chilli.
The wine was bottled soon after fermentation.

Growing Conditions | The Pinot Grigio grapes used to make this wine were grown at select vineyards throughout Victoria. The fruit was harvested from mid-February to early March at baumé levels ranging from 12.5 to 13.5. |
